I run 2216 900kv t-motors, and they are really smooth and have been super reliable. They are higher priced, but so far worth it for me.

I would buy 4 individual. If one goes bad just replace it. I am not sure if you can do that with an all in one.

Yeah the 900kv is probably the one I would go with to on a 450.
