Id have to research more on the protocol for those..im not sure really. I know the Bayang binds to some eachine models like the H8 mini and, the jjrc uses the WL TOYS 2x2 (flysky) protocol. Im not familiar really with the Taranis TX...if they use replaceable modules i dont see why you couldnt...

    Indoor nano quadcopter recommendation wanted

Syma is actually one of the better quality "Toy" quad makers...Ive owned some big name hobby grades before and i wasnt impressed compared to some of the lower cost "toy" models to be honest. It is..but idont care for the camera quality it has..Ill just buy the "C" body shell and put 8.5mm motors if i wanted..Chances are, all the guts are going into something lighter...the control boards are really high quality from hubsan and so are the motors they use..Will make for a nice hybrid...

need some advice for a newbie

Yea..i would start with basic flight set up first and, learn all the other options later..its going to be too much to take in at one time..Even i wouldnt worry about that untill i learned how to fly it first...You need a toy quad first.. @froggy8

need some advice for a newbie

It would make it easier if one of us owned that model but i dont they we do..lol....Youtube will be pretty much your best friend here, to see how to set things up..If you need gps help try typing in "CX20 gps set up", for instance... Im sure there are videos covering every aspect of that model...

need some advice for a newbie

Be sure the battery is fully charged before using it..they come at a "storage" capacity...they have enough power to work but if you dont charge it fully first it can damage the cells. ..the first charge is an important one.
