so you want a quadcopter or multirotor

I agree...the super high quality gear is certainly too heavy for a smaller sized toy quad...but, they do have fpv options with monitors attached to the radios..No gps and other fancy features but, still a great way to get started. I'll be showing off quite a few of my toy projects so some can...

so you want a quadcopter or multirotor

Yea ..The word "DRONE" is used by the media as said; as sort of a propaganda campaign to try and make it seem like a bad thing. Tricopter= 3 motors and props Quadcopter= 4 motor and props. (Most common) Hexacopter= 6 or 8 motors and props. As with helicopters, i dont generally recommend a...

MT 9916 (syma x11 clone) problems. Please help

I would check for a bent motor shaft....One thing you could do is swap out a prop and see if it does the same thing..if it does id venture to say its a bent motor shaft and you jeed a new motor..just be sure to get the correct one for it..You have 2 clock wise and 2 counter clock wise...

    Old school "toy" hybrid build.

Thats what i like about the toy quads..you can make one out of popsicle sticks or even cardboard...lol The frame is going to get some major weight reduction surgery..Everything is stock and as purchased for now...The motor holders and frame is about all i can do to lighten it besides using a...

    Selfbuild Quadcopter.

Most are all 2.4g or newer futaba reception...Im not really aware of any that accept FM channels. Youll need a matching receiver as well with the radio...Spektrum has a combination package that includes a receiver and should be all you need radio wise to be compatible with most all flight...

    Selfbuild Quadcopter.

Im not sure most flight controllers use FM signal much these days..Most are 2.4g now and this offers no interference with others flying around you as well. I would consider maybe a Spektrum 6i at minimum and this will carry you for years to come with anything you fly. There are other lower...

    I bought a QR X350Pro

I would try re calibrating the fcb..not sure of the procedure on that model but, there is a simple way im sure...it usually involves moving both sticks in a certain direction on most...I'll assume all your settings are centered on the radio?..if not, make sure they are before re calibration to...

    What model is this Quadcopter???

That does look like an older quad from maybe 3 yrs ago or so..Likely not available anymore. Todays toy quads have come a long way and would be a much better choice even if you could find that quad and for less money as well. If $60.00 is your price range i would highly consider a Syma X5C1 or...

    Old school "toy" hybrid build.

Hi guys..new here to the forum and, just wanted to show you all my first ever quad...Instead of buying a complete quad and, accepting the pros and, cons that come with one model, i decided to piece together one myself using the best attributes from a number of models to create one. Having been...
