    SYMA x8g

A very nice way to improve motor power is to break them in inside a glass of warm soapy water under low current for about 5 minutes. This gives a "clean" brush break in and a very "polished" and smooth commutator giving you more overall current and power to the motor as well as allowing less...

    Modding RTF quad transmitter antennas

I have transmitters with 4 AAA and some with 4 AA and 6 AA batteries ..they all give me 100m of range easily. The SYMA X5 transmitter is more than capable of 70 to 100m as you are wanting with the above "range mod" at 1/4 wave length. You're welcome to try whatever you want i just tend to...

I already have an idea for a home made vibration damper with some adjustability for less than $10.00 at the hardware store and it might weigh 20 grams.

You can pre adjust pitch using foam to lower the front of the camera down or raise the rear up..Once its set where you like it i dont see any reason to need multi adjustable gimbals to get the view you are after..granted, one might want to shoot straight down or straight up or whatever but, most...

Problem when flying new RTF - Help?

The board needs to be recalibrated most likely...Im not familiar with that model so i cant exactly tell you the procedure for doing that on it. Re calibrating is essentially zeroing the gyros as they sometimes can go out of whack after a crash or a hard hit and not fly normal afterwards. This...

    SYMA x8g

Im not seeing why some need a fancy expensive and heavy gimbal to have a jello free video..There are so many home fixes to eliminate that without all the added weight. I did some more researching last night and there is nothing different parts wise except the cameras and the plugs used to...

Maybe they used different programming to supply more power to the motors..not sure but as far as i know the motors are exactly the same. Id still be interested in one of them though..Mainly for the FCB and transmitter if you wanted to part those out...I want to build a hybrid using the X8C board.

    Bayang X9 Quick Review.

Thank you...i would have to say its larger than the cx10...The cx10 i believe also has a much faster yaw rate and it may very well be faster in general...Ive not owned the cx10 to compare it to but the x9 is a solid quad...Whats surprising is the InvenSense MPU 6050 it uses which is used on much...

    Bayang X9 Quick Review.

Ok..i got to run 2 batteries through this x9 and im very impressed with stability and ease of flying...Indoors i think is where this quad shines most as it doesnt take much wind to move this light weigh around like a feather. I noticed outdoors it struggles to gain speed against any wind even...

    Bayang X9 Quick Review.

I finally received my X9 via Gearbest today..One odd thing is i had to sign for the package..Ive not had to do that before with other companies...Anyways ill dig into it a bit and give my first impression as the batteries charge. 1.) This quad is super light with bare bones assembly, leaving...

    SYMA x8g

I was referring to the stock cameras, my friend...If you are going to replace the camera that comes with the G model then why spend the $60.00 more for a camera you arent going to use, was my point. I think the only difference between the G and C model is the camera and some lettering on the...
