I only ever used matek. = quality 30amp with 2306 or similar 20amp with 2205 or similar Although 30amp will do both.

My range is 500m so I'm OK on 5.8ghz But from what I gather 1.3ghz would be best. Maybe look into the EZUHF kit. Combined with the right antennas & a crossfire possibly 30-40miles.

Nah ,mine still does all 3 pwm, ppm, ibus. Ibus runs on the ppm signal,tick box for the serial rx on the uart your using in ports tab. Turn ppm on in the tx menu, Them providing the wiring to rx is right you should be GTGO.
