The push rods are like cheese wire so I had to stiffen them up with some wooden skewers. With there being a few thing needing 5v I added a 5v 3A BEC just for the servos as these can pull upto 3.5amps so I'll atleast be getting 1.5amp each servo. instead of 2amp between FC & Rx & 2 servos...

Pick motors & build on that or build then match the motors. Your not giving anything away. You want 1.5kg @50% So that's a 3kg thrust motor. What size frame you intend to build ?

It's closer to your original requirements. I think you will find its a bigger prop than a 15" to get that thrust. Maybe a 22" You give no weight or idea what for but I would buy Tmotor all day.

Think they run a 17" prop so there's 2kg just on motors & props. Assuming this is by four. possibly on a 500+mm frame. On 5S - 8S 30,000mah. Dang that's a build. Dang that could be a whole lot of you know what flying over the border. :D

Would that forward voltage just turn to the 3v basically adding the 2v when switched on. Servos have an idle current of 0.2ma forward voltage, but can pull upto a max amperage of 3.8amps. So I'm not going to get what I need from my mateks 2000ma 5v out. So I need something that gives 8amps? Or...

I got a 210 that swings 5" it depends on the width of the body. If you can slam the top plate down the props may clear the top plate aswell.

25v 1000uf low esr capacitor for the base of the pigtail. The motor wires might not be long enough to reach esc, but usually 18awg or 20 awg are used. Have you got mounting gear for the board like 3mm nuts & standoffs maybe vibration mounts.
