The esc1 is classed as the master so that's probably why they came up as unknown. And then with the new number one not being the same it won't work.

All esc's need to be the same brand. And firmware. The fcb can't run that way. Sorry I didn't read it properly.

Your learning fast. Good to go. You actually have a spare 5v right side bottom. Top Side the RAM is 5v so you may need to run the vtx off the 12v pad but still run the video signal through this for OSD.

If using the stock rx ppm should be turned off. Pwm rx can be quite bulky unless you depinned it and direct solder to the holes.

Fsi6 is pwm, ppm, depending on the receiver. or ibus which is serial rx in the config tab. To use ibus or ppm, the ppm must be set to on, In the tx menu.

The last two look fine to me. The last one over a few pins would add extra weight but is a solid joint.

Just type name of the board and Pdf on the end. If the pin says sbus your good to go in most cases if not, a uart like you sussed out. ;)

I made a costly mistake the other week and didn't realise I had done it. Just simply tried to plug in lipo but got it the wrong way round. No spark or smoke but it must have touched. It was only later I couldn't figure out why I was getting continuity from the AIO. Somthing must have fried...
