What else do you have wired into the board. Check all amp usage of components. It may exceed the output. What amperage are the leds rated. First time I've noticed them being 5v to be honest

Maybe change the antenna placement. Have you got a single or diversity rx. In my experience other than to totally kill an esc, I've never had an esc on its own just stop working mid-flight. Even cheap ones. Do you use airmode.?

You sure it wasn't the rx. I could hear the motors spinning alway to floor. Couldn't tell really.

Which omnibus have you got out of a possible 20 or so.

Post a pic of your solderd board. I don't use led's anymore. are they turned on in cli or rated the right voltage I thought the led pins are 3.3v When I did use them I just ran them on the 12v from the pdb. Just a visual aid for late evening fly.

The ia6b is a good rx but bulky. I ended up de pinning mine as I only use ibus, just direct solder 3 wires and heatshrink it to about 5mm thick. Managed to get one in a chimp and there is not much real estate in them.
