Haha, there is some merit to what you are saying but it is unlikely as the two batteries will recharge each other. I meant instead of 10000 mAh battery it is better to have two 5Ah batteries and swap one out with the other. That way your only carrying part of the weight.

I suggest you get a phantom, and you'd be all set. But for 300 you could build a very reasonable one.
