CARBON FIBER 320 SIZE QUAD AND DX6

You know. Your question just made me think of something. Are all 4 of your bec's powered going to your FCB? Only 1 should be powered. I am not a electronics expert but my experience with high end audio has taught me that wires run in parallel close together create quite a field. It has a very...

CARBON FIBER 320 SIZE QUAD AND DX6

I have not had an issue. They have a good reputation for a reasonably priced esc. I don't know the specifics. They do not have a bec (you'll need one) so they probably are very low RFI. Castle ubec is low RFI and KDE is zero, zip, nada RFI.

Then just buy the esc's and ubec. Another alternative is Castle. Give me a sec and I'll send you the links. Also ZTW Spider for esc's. you don't have to program them either and I've used them with no problems.

This is if money is truly no object. You can wrap your Rx with the ubec wires and get zero interference. Same with the esc's. The motors are more powerful and efficient than anything out there. You can go 200 hours between bearing changes, unlike others that go 30 to 60 hours.

Next Friday for 10 days. Glad you found a toy to play with. Did you check Amazon? Sometimes they have really competitive prices on quad stuff.

The all new FUAV Smargle 1 RTF FPV Quadcopter

Sorry. I can't resist; Can I watch "The Hobbit" on the screen while flying?:p Sorry. Sorry...... just too good a straight line to ignore. LOL It DOES look to be very well equipped. If it performs to spec it could give the dji Phantom some serious competition. I look forward to the coming roll...

Sorry it took so long to get back. A number of members use them and have had good luck. At a glance it looks like pretty high shipping rates. I have never bought anything from them.

    Quadcopter Comparison

Ya know. There's one other worth looking into. XAircraft America. They are based in Charleston SC. All the articles I have read give them kudos for their great customer service. They custom build you a multi based on what your wants are. I know they are a little pricey. I have never seen one...

So far so good. Less serious than I initially thought and came across some long lost parts that were stuffed in the back of shelves.

HaHa! No shelving, just bridges. I will probably check in every so often. I'm usually in the boonies so reception can be a problem. Thanks for the offer on the Jack, but I'm good.

Agreed. So, what quad did you order to play with? I'm still pushing for you to get something BNF so you can use your radio and become familiar with it. You'll be flying a big expensive multi and you don't want to be staring at your Tx wondering what switch to hit next. You want to be able to fly...

Because I didn't post that post that said this is a post I won't remember posting:s. That wasn't me. Serious question; can someone hack into another persons posts? I really, really did not post that! I went out for a few hours to run some errands 2 minutes after I wrote about getting the Nova in...

Ha! The Quanum Nova I ordered was just delivered. Now I have a incentive to clean up the rest of the mess. Find my chargers. Charge a couple batteries and go play!

    $400 to spend, any ideals

Hey, man. Thanks. I appreciate it, but not necessary. I have been at it all day. Most of the cost to me was in the labor I put in. Not the money. The frames were destroyed but the motors and other important things are mostly ok. Probably less than $250.00 in damage to some fpv and radio gear...

    $400 to spend, any ideals

Sorry. I forgot my manners. I appreciate the thought. I'll quit being a big baby soon. Looks like I can salvage motors and most other electronics, some props. Frames, a FPV camera, a Naza controller appear to be toast. A couple other items have cracks and scratches. I'll have to test them and...
