Try the suggestion from Jackson and use a very small dab of epoxy such as JB Weld. Loosen the sleeve on the collett and push it down so it's even with the others. Let it set for 24hours.

I would go with faulty 4 in 1 esc. I had a similar problem with one. You should be fine with the new setup. Did you remember to order the Turnigy program card for the esc's?

Hey GJH. Can you clear up a couple of points? Doesn't the FAA currently "recommend"(require) that for sport flying you fly line of sight? The miles that griz wants to fly go beyond that and, I think, the capabilities of 2.4ghz and 5.8ghz. Don't the frequencies that would be capable of those...
