12 guage copper speaker wire as a power harness?

I love how easily we all get derailed. 12 gauge will be good. Most of my wire harness is 16 gauge silicone wire, which is aluminum. My afro esc's and multistar motors are also aluminum, I'm not sure if there is even any copper in my quad. (besides for motor windings anyway)

    Help please! Eachine Racer 250

What esc's does that come with? I'm sure they are only 12a, wouldn't it be easier to just buy a new 10 dollar esc?

motors keep spinning after throttle is at zero (off)

I think doingthem all together is best anyway. I've never done it with my radio, I always do it in librepilot

motors keep spinning after throttle is at zero (off)

It's good that it's better, did you calibrate them in mission planner or with your radio?

More foamy questions, can we have a fixed wing board yet?

The way it's designed I can't, the control rod would hit the body of the plane before it could do a full throw in the opposite direction

More foamy questions, can we have a fixed wing board yet?

I don't like to start a build before I have everything down, and theres a few things concerning radio channels that I'm not sure about. I understand that I'll need some channel mixing, but what I don't get is how you use two servos for the rudder. Wouldn't they both have to go on their own...

    Sudden right roll issue

Are you running librepilot? Have you checked over everything in there to make sure nothing looks funny? Try checking for new firmware or re running calibration of the gyro

    Simple osd

Anybody have any leads on a simple, cheap voltage osd from somewhere that ships from the u.s.? Of course hobby king doesn't have any in USA warehouses, and I don't really want to wait for a 14 dollar part to get here from china. Anazon has a few, but none I really like.

how many channels do I really need?

Hobby king sells really cheap 6ch radios and recievers. From what I've read they look and feel cheap, but for 30 some bucks apparently they perform pretty good

Prop size vs. Motor size vs. Amp draw

So the way I'm figuring it, a lower kv motor spinning a larger prop will pull fewer amps than a higher kv motor spinning the same prop, right? For example: a 1000 kv motor spinning a 10 inch prop would pull fewer amps than an 1800 kv motor spinning that same prop? I'm still trying to figure out...
