U.S. Will Require Drones to Be Registered

Interesting that they feel that the FAA is out of bounds on what they are doing. The question is, are they going to do anything about it.

My Sky drone plus aggressively flies to the left. How can I fix this?

It sounds like the imu needs to be calibrated. If it does allow you to calibrate the imu make sure it is on a level surface, and that it does not move during calibration. You could try trimming to the right if calibration is not an option.

Any help appreciated for first build

Look at the motor charts to see how much amperage the motors will draw with the props that you will be using. This will show you what amperage you need to cover the current draw for the motor and prop combination. This is from the emax motors, the cobra, and t-motors will most likely differ a...

Its terrible to lose one, and I do know the feeling all to well :( Can you ask them if you or they can search their back yard for it?

Any help appreciated for first build

The charger that you have in your cart is a 5 amp charger, most batteries will charge at a 5c rating which means that if you have a 1000mah battery that can handle a 5c charge rate then you can charge it at 5 amps, so if you had 3 1000mah, and wanted to charge them all at the same time at a 5c...

So I Think I Messed Up...

No such thing as a stupid question imo. Read here for flashing. http://naza-upgrade.com I have the Taranis so I am unsure on yours, but, here is the way to set it up in the assistant software. Connect your channels through traditional , d-bus, or ppm, and the software will recognize the one...

I can tell an improvement from your last video :) Looks like you are flying in rate mode (all manual). Can you set it to angle or horizon mode, and then fly? What are you using servos for?

Any help appreciated for first build

The motors are only 3s so the 4s battery would likely be too much and destroy them. Same radio I have (good choice, it Rocks!) and the rx I use on my tarot 680, but I would recommend the d4rii with ppm with the Naze32 which has built in telemetry for the Taranis for a lighter and faster 250mm...

So I Think I Messed Up...

Looking good! I use copper clad laminate board loaded with solder for my pdb on my tarot. The Naza is a great controller too :) Are you planning on getting the Naza v2 or the Naza Lite and flashing the v2 firmware? You can use the lite flashed with v2 firmware for the mini iosd...

So I Think I Messed Up...

I would recommend the Tarot ZYX-M if you are going to go for the naza lite or the naza v2, and not thinking about going with the H3-3D, or H3-4D. You will get a lot more flight controller with better position hold, and more functions for a lot less. I am really impressed with the dji tuned...
