My Sky drone plus aggressively flies to the left. How can I fix this?

I got my new sky drone plus as a present but when I try to fly it, it tips left and flies side ways, I've looked it up but there isn't anything good and clear of how to fix it. Any ideas of what is it and how to fix it? It's my first quadcopter and I don't want it to be a disappointment.

It sounds like the imu needs to be calibrated. If it does allow you to calibrate the imu make sure it is on a level surface, and that it does not move during calibration.

You could try trimming to the right if calibration is not an option.
