I've got so many different cameras it's getting difficult to remember how they all work lol but usually both the camera and the bf osd will come through unless you turn one off.
P.S. It's not 2018 anymore, technology movies faster than I can keep up these days.
If you have a multi-tester make sure reciever is getting 5 volts. Sometimes the fc boards have jumpers you have to solder to get the correct voltage to work.
I've been hearing stories of motors getting smoked with bad tuned bf 4.xxx although I've not used it much the couple kwads I do have on it fly fine with cool motors lol.
Usually smoked motors are the result of operator error though.
Can you pop the top and give us a pic of the electronics? Also figure out what motors it has and what tx/rx protocol it has. (we already know it is 5G wifi, that's the camera and vtx.)
I'm trying to help my bro in law do a super cheap e bike. Possibly similar to this video:
Is there anyway to do this quality cheaper, or maybe do something higher quality for the same price?
Asking for a friend.
Nooooo!! Sorry that happened bro however I've seen people land on stuff before without issue.
Theory: hovering too long caused the escs to heat up and catch fire? Remember usually you're doing 90 on a slow day and all the wind keeps things cool. Just a thought.
Yeah I know you're Shaun from youtube lol.
Okay probably out of my league but if I figure out a practical way to do it I'll update this thread.
I like the idea of gps control for all 4, that May be the ticket. I'll think about it .
Yo @wafflejock everyone keeps asking me if I can fly four kwads at once lol.
It got me thinking if I hooked up bluetooth modules to 4 kwads and somehow got the flight controllers talking to each other it might be possible?
Asking for a friend lol.
If you can get it to work I don't think you'll notice any latency unless you're racing.
I don't know anything about either the tx or rx you are referring to but latency is not really worth worrying about unless it's a "save it or lose it" situation lol.
Personally I recommend just buying the...
GPS=
Global
Positioning
System.
Basically there are millions of satellites flying around the planet. They use radio waves to transmit to a device on the surface of the planet that recieves their signals that will pinpoint the location of the device.
If you have a GPS device on the the surface...
