try flashing cleanflight 2.5, I've had good luck with it lately.

Could be a faulty gimble in the radio, or maybe a firmware issue. Did you check in the receiver tab in betaflight and make sure your throttle is going up and down like it should?

I've been thinking about the camera tilt with the throttle (as kwad goes faster camera uptilts). It's possible but would probably have to be written into the fc firmware.

First time I flew in like a month this was the fourth pack. I'm thinking this thing needs tuning but that's like a mystical power to me. If someone has an idea on a pid tune here don't hesitate to say. I won't get mad lol.

Oh wait I think it's the accelerometer that decides if you're in angle/horizon mode and then deactivating the accelerometer it's in acro mode (default).

I think the only difference is the barometer, they both have gyros for angle/horizon/acro mode.
