I ordered a CX 20 threw them & payed with PayPal. They sent me a thank you
for my business & sais it would be a couple days to process. They also said
I would be contacted when it was shipped. Well nothing in two weeks, so
I contacted them. I was told my Paypal needed to be verified & to do that
they wanted a picture of my drivers license, & credit card sent to them first.
This payment has already gone threw my bank & payed. I called Paypal
& now its being upgraded to a claim.???????????????

I confess that due to it being late ( for me) here in Aussie - i have just glanced at your post and the replies. This and other forums are full of threads like yours... I started a few myself.
Confirming the PP - is a ploy to get them a few days wait time. I think every new customer gets that - I know I did. Maybe they really do have to verify your PP is yours and not one you hacked into. I also had the photo ID etc.
I dont know if its really needed - but you either comply or get ignored.
After you order - you will wait anything from a few days to weeks.
I have stated often that they seldom have "stock" and its also my opinion that the processing time is due to amalgamating incoming orders to meet a buying quantity stipulated by their various suppliers - or more likely - waiting for those suppliers to sort out their returns and job lot them out to the likes of GB - if you get pigged off with them.. do not try EverBuying or Tiny Deals - they are all in the same office! I ordered a Syma - it arrived it was junk. weeks later I got a refund and ordered a Devo 10 - its got off to a bad start but seems to be OK now.
IF you want any refunds - don't start arguing with them - go to to PayPal and start a dispute. They never give back to source refunds.. you get a store credit - forcing you to buy again.
PayPal will expect you to return the defective items and it can be costly - which forces you to decide to think... it cannot all be rubbish they send out - and order something else.
The only stuff I ever got that was 100% were batteries and spare props.
I have to say that I have been using BangGood and - so far - cannot fault them. They cancelled one order I made because they had no stock - money back to PP without me asking!
Today I got a delivery from them - on 6th December I paid us$4.40 for 7 - 9 days shipping and never believed it. Previously I ordered a receiver for the Devo - I got it in 4 days.. shipped from Melbourne!!
They do get complaints and they have been known to send out some rubbish - but they seem to resolve the issues without fuss. I realise I may be in their treat him nice phase - and s**t may happen.
I hope the stuff you ordered is OK- but if not and you decide not to return stuff or PP deal with it- practice skate boarding - because you are on a downhill path to losing out in some way.
Here is the routine - you say its rubbish... they say....
Therefore we kindly ask you to follow these steps:
1.Please describe the problem with your item in details what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code ( sku number).
2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3.Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
4.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
Please keep the attachment below 2MB and use any of these formats gif, jpg, png, bmp, doc, xls, txt, rar, ppt, pdf.

This was what they offered me when I reported the Devo 10 had a USB connection problem ( I did take the refund

BUT note they want another $93 for a replacement!
If you go back and say the refund is not enough - three days later if you get lucky - they will add a few more $$ if you go back for more.. the delays get longer - the idea is you get pigged off take a bit and go away.
