Sadly coreless motors just have a short life. One help would be allowing the motors to cool down a little (fly 7 minutes, land for a couple minutes and fly again) but that would be annoying and will only help some.

The steveis pro firmware for the KK2.1.5 has a built in vibration test too, you power up one motor at a time (to see which motors), and it has a little meter.

I don't see a servo, is it there or planned? All mutirotors with a non-even number of motors need a tilt servo to control yaw, it is however possible to use a tail rotor like a heli too.

Vibration is the biggest problem. But flex is not much, by time it bends most other frames would have broke. I may be using a little heavier gauge.

I have one of yours :P, came in that box. Many companies will wrap wires through a ferrite ring 5 times, but unless you do it a lot more it is worthless. I don't know how effective this type is, but many cords use this style.
