    $400 to spend, any ideals

So of the data on that chart the most efficent quad would have a 3S 465kv with 18x6.1 props, and would produce 530g of thrust at ~33% throttle

just mucking around - Montes de Malaga, Spain

Haha, I have done a few rolls and flips(unintentionally while tuning it xD) a few ended in mine driving into the ground at full throttle. Also I have found that you can get pretty good video by strapping a camera to a headlamp and wearing it.

I need an rtf quadcopter for aerial vide

I'd suggest a gimbal with it's own controller. How much do you plan to spend on one? Also what size is the copter your looking at, a gimbal is heavy.

    $400 to spend, any ideals

This if for general three phase motors (both full sized and hobby), but the motor will be designed to run lets say 10s and will be around lets say 100kv rather than a 3s running at 333 kv The RPMs are the same, but the KV is lower allowing it to run the same prop drawing much less amperage.

why is my quad wobbling around?

The plastic will usually be black (can be colored) and will be soft and flexible

That is true, but I am talking about the motors being designed for higher voltage and drawing less amperage. This theoretically gives higher efficiency, but in practice you don't gain much efficiency.

why is my quad wobbling around?

If you are using ABS props thaat are even a bit larger then they flex causing terrible vibrations

    Hobbyking

Yeah, if you order from hobby king, know that they usually have the best prices, but shipping is really high, so when you do get things off them you have to buy everything at once to save any money.

What is wrong with my KK2.1.5

Look for hairline cracks, they are often harder to see.

What is wrong with my KK2.1.5

Sounds like you would have fried part of the ATmel but I'd suggest you look for burnt parts, often things like diodes, transistors and cheap parts will burn first, you can replace one of those and save the board.

What is wrong with my KK2.1.5

Interesting, where did you supply the power to the board, on the 5v buss, or to the voltage tester pins?
