If you go to 7000mAh and lifting a camera/gimbal you'd be better with 12"-14'' props, but this will put up you into a price range (from 130mm-500mm is the general price range that most people get) a little higher, is that fine with you?

The 15 amp ESCs are enough, as you won't draw at full long, you buy big so that you can cut down on head and energy waste through it 18amp would be pleanty and escalc does conservative estimates so your flight time should be a little longer.

"and battery for something about 20min to 30 minutes of flying." Do you want 20-30 minutes of continuous flight, or would it be fine to have 15 + 15 minutes of flight, and just swap the batteries out on the ground? If so some 980KV motors and 10'' props would be fine, add a 5200mAh multistar...

Exactly like Tallrider said, also can you provide links to your parts, or a description of things like amp draw/supply, voltage and other needed details if you can't provide links? Am I reading it correctly that the motors, ESC and props all com in one set?

KK 2.1.5 board autoarms and also does not arm sometimes

Also check that if you have it arming on aux that the arm switch is not flipped, I think I had this happen to mine (scared me to death haha), it was due to having a stick plugged into the aux channel.

How is anything else adjusted? You may have to edit the firmware and re flash.

I tries, but then assumed that the firmware was designed to handle some other gimbal like a servo powered one, as it would not work for me. Also the gains will have to be really exact to make the gimbal function smoothly, even a 1/10 can make it jittery.

    Gimbal Question

Actually I used a Runcam on a GoPro gimbal, and there are gopro form factor cases for the Mobius. I also did this (I have the same gimbal and can provide you the file so you just have to upload it) http://quadcopter-robotics.blogspot.com/2015/05/gimbal-install-eachine-light-2d.html
