You could add a capacitor or two and it would probably stop the fluctuation. As to why, it is when higher amperage is being drawn it causes the voltage to drop if the power source is low lacking on amperage, you may also get a bigger BEC.

Read specs, it should connect to the balance plug unless it has an on-board step-down transformer. The voltage would be ~3.5-4.3

Same speed as you are limited to how much power you can push into the cell without damaging it.

Battery is too small, not enough amperage so a short won't damage anything but the lipo. BTW 2C on a 600mAh is 1.2 amps

Shorting and charging it too fast are both good ways to kill a LiPo.

A 250 is always a bit tight, but you can fit it neatly and it'll look nice. Don't take the JST off unless you have a JST crimper and the ends. Just desolder it, cut it off and resolder it to the PCB.

It could also be the wind, the higher up you get the worse it is.

Your battery isa bit small, both in capacity and amp output(55-amps_supply:60-amps_draw). This has a amp output of 52amp/105amp output, they sell both a 3S2P and a 3S1P version of the same battery hahaha I'd suggest you get the 3S1P one as it is a little lighter and skinnier. Other than that...

Looks like your wires are just too long, you could either cut them off and move them back on the ESC. Or (signal cable) fold them back o themselves. The camera should fit through that hole in the front and screw in, then you just run a wire back to the Tx and battery.

Can you give a picture or more?

Flip the board over, does it say V2 or V3? If it has blach soldermask and says V3 it is a newer design, the hardware is a little different, but the software side is the same.
