Gramps is right. If all blades are turning it's not the motor. It's the blade or blades on wrong. If you have the bumpers still on it make sure a bumper isn't contacting a blade. You'd hear that though. Tick tick tick. Pretty sure the blade configuration would be pretty much the same as the X5C...
