I liked Freerider for starting out, but really like Liftoff better now that I have some practice. I think if your new quads have the FrSky receivers, you just need to create a new model on the Taranis and bind it to the quad. Lots of YT videos on this.

Not sure yet. I'm looking at Liftoff, FPV Freerider, and Velocidrone. Seems they all have plusses and minuses. Once I get a chance to try them out with my controller, I'll land on one of them.

Mine only take an hour or so to charge (4 at a time) - so maybe look at getting a better charger? Also I don't sit and stare at them. I just sit them on an empty table or something in the same room as me. I figure I'll notice a fire and can grab a fire extinguisher or something before it burns...
