My guess is that they will be equipped with IoT devices to transmit telemetry and potentially pics/video back to the mothership (cloud) allowing the company to have at least some information on vandals and thieves.

You could plug it into your computer and fly simulators (Liftoff, FPV Freerider, etc) until you are ready to fly. I got my Taranis from GetFPV a few weeks ago. Competitive price and reasonably fast shipping. I think I ordered it on a Thursday evening and had it in my hands Monday afternoon. Not Amazon fast mind you, but for $20 savings I can wait an extra day or two.
