Nice Mike. Not sure if it's me or your video but it looks like resolution is only 540p. Unless you set it that way on purpose for speed of processing, you are losing 3/4 of the Juicy Haych-D your nice camera is capable of.

AirMap indicates some areas are clear, it also shows that some of the area is within the radius of a couple hospital helipads, a touch is in the Charleston airport airspace, and maybe a touch of a military base. It will be interesting to see how this one develops when more details are known.

Awesome, I just did mine a couple weeks ago. What's your study method? The actual test had quite a few more questions on reading/interpreting section maps than the practice tests I took. Not a big deal, just make sure to spend a little extra time on those. Good luck!

For my location, Hover only shows the "bigger" airports. Airmap shows every airport, including private, hospital helipads, etc when in "Fly for Fun" mode. If you switch to "FAA 107" mode in Airmap, the maps will likely closely resemble each other (mine do anyway).

Yeah, it'll likely be harder than easy for me. I may be a wiz with software, but a hardware guy I'm not - but learning bit by bit.

Holy cow! The part of me that became semi-unfazed by 4 digit price tag cameras and lenses wants to know how much bank he's got in a model like that, but the part of me that knows how quickly that can crash and burn kind of doesn't.
