My quadcopter becomes unresponsive when I disconnect the Naze32 from my compter

It seems like you have a power issue. The usb cable is providing the power when hooked up to the computer, but when its not hooked up... Fcb wont work so power must be missing. Or you dont have proper power to rx.

I think i just found the problem... I was pressed charge on my charger for a lipo balance, and it came up with an error "input voltage error". Any way to fix this?

What charger is it? It may be telling you that it it's set for the wrong # of cells or it may be telling you that your lipo is to low to accept a charge.

Once again you need to check your battery with a voltage meter. If the battery voltage is too low for your charger to charge it there is a way to get around that.

Bit late on this but sounds like a battery issue or the tx is not bound to the rx.
The charger input error could be, if you charge the lipo at say 2amp but the supply only gives 1amp. It will kill the supply adapter as I found out. It tripped the main house fuse.
You may want to research a bit about lipo's before messing with them as they can be dangerous. I only charge when I'm around & that's in an old ammo box.
You should invest in a lipo bag. Also brand new battery's take a good few charges to get upto max capacity & are generally safer. But still never leave unattended. Good luck.
