Naze32 Help Please! (PLEEEEEEASE)

So I went to fly yesterday, prior everything worked like a charm. Noticed my controls were acting a bit odd on first battery but i brushed it off as user error. When I plugged in my second battery the Naze32 gave me the 3 blink indicator that it connected to my transmitter and then continues to blink. When I armed it I got only 1 twitch out of all motors. After this, I reconnected the battery and transmitter before I gave it any inputs it was hopping around on the ground and doing whatever it wanted (Still had control over Arm/Disarm).

Ended up taking the craft home for trouble-shooting. Connected the Naze32 to Cleanflight and everything is acting as it should. Gyros still look good. Plugged in a battery and tested the motors, still calibrated and working nicely.

I am now 100% sure that the Naze32 is doing something different than usual and I don't know why. I haven't changed anything since my last flight.

Have you tried just recalibrating your gyro & accelerometer? Sometimes if they're out of whack, it won't arm.
Yes, I've Re-calibrated the accel. and esc's. Also tried Re-Building it. Going to try Reflashing the Naze32 when I get home. If that doesn't work i'm not sure what i'm going to do. Can't afford anymore parts

Well maybe it's time look hard at your TX/RX.
Since then I have reflashed board. And now my transmitter is showing throttle as aux 2 and not registering any other inputs. in TAER1234 and ADRE(or w/e) 1234. it only registers aux 2. i switch from heli to plane to test. now a switch is registering aux 2 and not recognizing gimbals. so i know all my controls on my transmitter are fine.

I'm starting to think i need a new flight controller. There is potential that a drop or 2 of water got on my naze after a crash in damp grass. My naze also sounds a bit noisier than before.

When i first plugged it in it was showing itself in failsafe mode. I got that to go away and still didn't want to arm.
