New Sky Viper V2540 Drone Not Working Properly

I just got a Sky Viper V2450 drone for Christmas. Two days ago I was flying it outside, and accidentally crashed it into a tree. It didn't crash hard at all - I don't even know if you could really call it a "crash". I just flew it too close to the branches so the propellers hit them and it fell. It didn't even hit the ground, just got stuck hanging from a branch. But ever since then one of the motors isn't working, or at least it'll spin slower than the others. Also yesterday I noticed that sometimes none of the propellers will spin at all - it seemed like they would only work immediately after you took it off the charger. Apparently my brother, who got the same drone, is having similar problems.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or can it be fixed? It's supposed to be a good drone for beginners I really don't see how that is if both of us broke both already.
 
I haven't googled it but it sounds like it's a brushed motor on a pinion gear.
And you have either bust the motor or the pinion gear has ground down.
You should have dropped the throttle asap. Pretty simple to repair if you got a solder iron. But not necessary, you can just strip & twist the wires together, then tape it up. Just find out which direction you need.
 
There isn't much of a manual with it. Just basic instructions. Also I removed the propeller to the one that wasn't spinning properly and didn't see anything in the gears. I'll check the website out though.

Were you able to find out any info on repairing the one propeller? My son is having the same problem with his drone.
