It is unlikely that the problem is with multiple ESCs, is there just one motor acting up? If this is the case swap two ESCs at a time to see if it flips to the opposite side, if you do this you can find which ESC is the problem. If you think all four are bad then it would mean an entire...

Are all of the motors spinning the correct way (CW,CCW,CW,CCW)? If they are is the Rx plugged in correct? Your props appear to be on correctly(Cw and CCW alternating like motors.)

About how much flight time do you get out of them?

This is another site that could be a help. Though don't trust it 100%. http://personal.osi.hu/fuzesisz/strc_eng/ It should give you a general idea of how well a setup will work, it does not include weight of the quad so you will have to add that in.

Ouch, it really is a shame that their shipping and customer service are terrible. They have the best selection on most things.
