    Help with idea

Maybe, but it'll be a little hard, unless you can access the ESC data inputs.

Very low flight time please help

Just read, that you are going to be carrying a camera, I suggest the Runcam, it is nice-n-cheap and takes really good videos. Also if you don't watch you are going to burn your motors up, if you later wanted to upgrade to a heavier lift quad 800-900 kv motors would be my suggestion, and you...

Very low flight time please help

Your using too big of props on too high KV motor. I have a 3ib AUW quadcopter that is running on: 9'' props, 3S battery, and 1240kv motors. My motors really should have 8'' props, so yours are being overworked. I suggest you grab some 8'x4.7 slowfly props.

Are the wires coloured? Try putting a little power to them if they only have two wires and are DC.

    motors

There are usually clockwise and counter-clockwise, very few are bi-directional. (this is assuming you mean the tiny core-less motors).

Is this everything I need? Any advise? 250 build

Power distribution board/cable. Also bending may become a problem if you hammer the throttle, and you will want to get plenty of props, you mostly break either CCW or CW, depending on how you fly and what your frame is. I personally always break CCW. Just keep that in mind as you consider...

The No yaw input means that your transmitter was turned on after the quadcopter or was not bound. And do you have the battery plugged into the Vin? It is the red header that says batt, just plug the + right off from the battery or PDB, and leave the negative free.

Think you had a bad crash, look at this

Yeah looking at I don't think even the motors are salvageable. Two of them had the wired pull out and I can't tell/find on the rest. This is probably the most destructive crash pic I have seen. Even the LiPo appears to have bent on impact.

    Interchangeable FPV/FCB/S-BEC

I did not think about heat dispensation, I am used to working with an aluminium frame, so heat is no problem haha. I just use the frame as a heatsink.

Something like this IDE cable for a PATA HDD to give you an idea of what I meant.

    Interchangeable FPV/FCB/S-BEC

Yeah, that'll keep you from putting 30 amp ESCs on a quad that needs only 10 amp, but you can also get micro ESCs that are really great.

    Interchangeable FPV/FCB/S-BEC

It is certainly possible to make a dtep further, and have a FC/FPV/GPS/OSD/BEC/ESC unit that can move from quad to quad, etch your own PCB to make a little dock for it. Have like a 24 pin connector for information and a 26 pin connector for powering the motors power and input power. This...

    Newb to racing

Welcome to the forums. A 250 will be ok to learn on, if you want a really cheap FPV setup you can get one for $100, or if you want a nicer one ( suggested) you can pick one up for $100. Here is a post I made on cheap FPV, skip down to the red writing toward the bottom. If you have flown...

Think you had a bad crash, look at this

$1,600, I have a cheap (relative to hobby grade cameras, one of the few expensive things I have bought :P) entry grade Cannon Rebel; it was between $500-$600 so this was a conservative estimate assuming some parts were salvageable.

First days of quading, What happened.

Haha, I spend easily four times as much repairing, upgrading, and building it, than I have flown it. Yes, I did use different tenses on purpose haha.

It was not me, I think the guy may have been covered by insurance, but I forget. I am guessing around 1,600 in equipment.
