Sounds like the ESC is ok. The beeping is the ESC sending it a signal to twitch really fast.

It is certainly the best way, as you'll be pushing the ESCs really hard just to get off the ground if you went with smaller props. What FC are you using?

Your blades need to be balanced.

Also you need 30amp ESCs.

Try switching a motor and ESC to see which is bad, it could be a problem with wiring. After you determine what is bad we'll have something to start with. Just disconnect the three wires for the ESC and motor on two motors and solder them together. You can use heat shrink or regular tape...

Think of the LiPos, maybe break it up then you could. I don't know if you are allowed to take a LiPo over a certain capacity on a plane period.

If your referring on how to have it automated to do these tricks, then it is the job of the flight controller. if you had an opensource one it could be possible, but with one that is not you would need an Arduino to go between the Rx and the FCB.
