Check to see if you damaged a propeller drive gear. They break easy.

Every component has a specific voltage demand. They must all be compatable with your battery and eachother. If you research the components youll find all this info. Too high a voltage battery and you now have a paperweight with propellers.

By losing the leg its no longer level when you turn it on so the fc is reading thats its level when it really isnt. In other words make sure its level when you turn it on. Also make sure your batteries are filly charges. Flashing lights are a sign theyre not, depending on the quad.

those props are gear driven. Check to see if you stripped some teeth off the gear..

Can you get the motors to spin in betaflight? Make sure your throttle channel isnt reversed.check signal wires from fc to escs. If it arms the rx and tx are communicating so im thinking either your transmitter/ fc isnt setup correctly in betaflight or theres no communication between yout fc and...

Also you should use "mushroom " style antennas on both rx and tx. Better signal.

Sounds like its a factory defect. Spring problem. If you open it up you void the warranty so just return if you can.

That is very odd. check all the connections. You Might have bad connectors(cheap) with the new batteries. I hate trying to find stuff like this out. Did you buy the new batteries from the same place as the first?well get to the bottom of this dont give up.

I dont want to sound mean here really I dont. But do you have any understanding of the different components involved in a quadcopter? Tx does not send signals to the pcb. Tx-rx-fc-motors. The pcb powers the quad by definition. Thats all.you dont even really need one if you do it all with wires...
