I am with Jackson on this. You will have to invest more than 300 to get a good camera that you will be happy with, that is stabilized in the air, and that is good enough for real-estate filming.
Did you happen to take a look at the dji phantoms?
The cameras on the phantoms are tough to beat at the price range. I would recommend watching some youtube videos.
The p4 comes with object avoidance which is nice for a newbie. I honestly have not seen any footage from a q500 to match the video quality that is delivered from the p3 or the p4.
