I reinstalled the Tarot, and played with gains all evening. I could get a stable hover, but I could not get a stable flight like I could with my 680 hex. Seems like the Tarot is geared towards larger craft. I guess I will be permanently installing a naza. Hopefully I will have some good stable...

I only see one bird head.

The larger are much easier to fly. They are not so quick to respond to stick movements, and are much more stable. The p4 flys itself. Super stable and very easy to fly.

Found out it was a bad pdb, and not my Tarot :) I already installed the naza so I completed a flight with it installed. It's been a while since I have flown a naza, but the gps feels smoother with the new firmware, more like the Tarot. I may play with the gains and do a couple of more flights.

Installed the new landing gear which look much better than the original landing gear imo. The install would be much cleaner if I shortened the motor wires, but I don't know what I may use them for down the road. Hit the ground on takeoff, and the Tarot flight controller bit the dust :( (Don't...

Negative. They are currently targeted to the AP audiences.

The option to add HDMI out on the phantom 4 will allow for better broadcast. That is the only benefit of a p4 in your situation that comes to mind.

A camera will not cause jello. Props and motors not being balanced are what cause jello. Balance those two, and you will eliminate jello.

I would check youtube for video quality. Have you looked at the dji phantoms?

Tough call. I think the X Star has the better camera from what I can remember, but the Typhoon is aesthetically more appeasing. I would ultimately go with the one with the best video since I love AP.

1. Lower your attitude gains for less responsiveness. 2. Reverse is caused by the radio or Naza configuration/calibration 3. If it is moving up then I think it is your barometer causing this. Is the flight controller in the prop wash? 4. It should move the way you are moving your sticks.

I have never used that functionality on mine, but you create a flight path, and the phantom will follow it at the height, and speed that you specify.

You can track altitude to keep above the tree line with the phantom while flying. It really is an awesome air craft for the money.
