I had this issue with my flight camera long ago. Only a kingston brand card would work in it.

If it does not have a 3 way switch you probably could choose 2 flight modes to map instead of three. You would not need if using osd, and goggles all of the time. I fly fpv and by los so I need it.

The Evolution looks like a nice radio, but I don't think you can compare it to the Taranis. It has 8 channels, and that will allow some flexibility for different functions that you may want in the future as you stated. It shows it is capable of telemetry too, but not sure how you would enable...

How do you know that there is nothing being sent to the rx?

I am computer builder too. I am running a hackintosh today :) I thought about the shield, but just cannot bring myself to buy an android tablet. I may change my mind.

Welcome! I almost bought a mavic, but not having a hdmi out is a deal breaker to me. There are many good folks here that are willing to help with any issues that you may run into. The racing quads are a different beast compared to dji craft, but you will get the hang of it in no time.

No issues with a p4 and an inspire so I don't think you will have any issues.

Seems like you could pick up tarot or less than the cost of the naza.

The Naza M does not have these features, but you should take a look at the Tarot zyx-m.

It is easier to start out in angle mode not that it will slow the quad down. I map my modes to a switch so I can change while in flight.

Try angle mode in cleanflight.

Pull the black latch on the top of the camera up. It should release and allow you to pull the camera out of the water proof case.

Do you know what mode you are in? Rate, acro, or horizontal? I am a principle software engineer too btw. :cool:

When and where is the camera hitting the frame?
