just to keep my waffle in one thread,
(sorta braindead today, wood chipper, sun)
you're right about them props moz, i ordered ten pair and gone through em before they ever got here. orders from 2 weeks later arrived. so ordered more. how did they know, the props is what i need for flying now...
stupid post, half dead after work (top half? left half? stripes?)
you haven't got "air mode" active with your default config have you? that would make it a bit whirry, or did mine.
you'll forgive my unqualified interest in teh thread, i'm from audio dsp gradually crossing over to rc.
oscilloscope, for reals you should be able to record the signal with your audio card.. even if it's a cheapie realtek or something ;) they have had 96k for years.. just connect a lead to the...
i wouldn't get too confused about it.. it's a flexible vernacular, more for ease of communcation than written in stoner. most people saying 'toy quad' probably delineate it slightly different in models.. but i think the best definition for the purposes of this thread is the one where it was...
:) i do not know the answer and have only begun to look at arduino et al,
but i'm pretty sure you'll be way happy when you find a good ref on the PW format. i know it's real tricky on my flysky, some extra signal param.. but, looking at your code, i'm sure your figures are off by a magnitude...
uavfutures has a vid on types of motors, won't answer all Qs but shows you teh stuf rc'ers think about. him, rcmodelreviews, great browsing for gen info. take a couple hours, days. other bloggers good for specific model info imo.
amateur :D i've already lost three to wind and i've put days into my fourth which is grounded. fix that sucker. it's empowering, you'll be putting better stuff together for a third the price. or put it in a box and send it to me!. in my experience these things fly with more damage than you might...
that's another point .. how long have you had anything in the air??
i'd say it took me at least two hours with the eachine e011 to get past the instawreck phase, and a big one would get away alarmingly fast.
:) my soldering experience is limited to the cheapo "radio shack" (united states, aka rat shack) 15v models (several of which got turned into herbal vaporisers) ... so back then, it didn't take a lot of thought. you buy the solder and the iron, it's enough for a decade of home repairs.
since...
here, example..
http://xoxos.net/vst/mp3/fauna_animals.mp3
play that for your cat or dog :) it's a little chunk of efficient dsp that can be parameterised to resemble animal vocalisations.. (not too fancy, it's only composed of a couple of reflective junctions to model tract diameter)
i guess...
try some different solder. i checked mine for you but it only says 63/37... i don't remember the alloy. banggood has stupid prices and lots of reviews.
i haven't ever ehard of the issue, but i guess it could also be crap alloy on the iron tip??
changed "end points" settings on my Tx from 100% to 50% for L-R, resulting in gentler, controllable-to-me movement, more like flying the e011. starting to get this combo to an overall flyable point (but my props are chewed up so waiting on mail).
my throttle breakpoints are down to like...
just casual chat, question about the music -
i've spent the last couple decades working on music software and not really paying attention to *anything* else in the world. like... it's been well over a decade since most of the "music" i listen to is synthesis demos, which isn't about the...
i'm a newbie with a particularly zippy micro quad (kingkong 110GT) and a flysky fs-i6. since i am new to both things, i have been having this issue also..
i have not authoritatively ironed it out yet, but so far, it really seems to be only a matter of adjusting the Tx settings. just lowering...
