We need a video to help us see what is going on. (This could go on forever) Are the the props level? Are all of the props the same size? Is the weight distributed evenly? We need a picture and/or a video ;)

Is the arrow on the navio2 pointed forward to the orientation of the hex?

Do you have a gps puck?

Was this the first flight? Was the imu calibrated? Did you have the GPS puck pointed the correct way? It could be a magnitude of things. Can you provide more details of your build?

There was a risk, and you could have lost. Hopefully nothing is seriously wrong with the quad and the other guy comes out good, but he only saved 20 bucks. I would rather just pay 380 for a flying P2 with a good camera.

Looks like they are going around 380.00 on eBay. I found a camera for 220.00. About 160.00 without a camera, but you are taking a risk and having to perform or pay for the repair. A solid offer would be 75.00, and lowball would be 50.00. Camera here...

They will never match since they are commanded by the flight controller. Some motors do sound terrible when revved up. Have you had it in the air yet? A video will help to see what kind of issues there could be.
