For recreational use, weight seems to be the only factor, so it's not required if the quad is less than 0.55 pounds (~249.5 grams) total weight at takeoff. I think that lets a large number of the toy-class quads avoid the registration requirements.

My only quad is under 0.55 pounds, but I did the forms too and noped out when I saw the $25 price tag. For a $50 quad. lol. I'll wait until I get one that actually needs to be registered.

I just looked up the anti-flicker settings here: https://phantompilots.com/threads/anti-flicker-settings.72241/ Basically is says, if you use NTSC, your anti-flicker setting should be at 60Hz rather than 50Hz (use that for PAL).

Negative/Black to the round - at least according to Painless360 (love his build videos). I've timestamped this build video to get you into the right spot.

Photobucket will work but only if the video is <500MB and less than 10 minutes. Vimeo is another option for easily uploading video if you don't want to setup youtube.
