Global X188 - user manual? App?

This member, Ryanpaul19, might have a manual. He owns a X183 drone. He posted a question about X183 on 2018 January. Question is : How do you get hold of him? Is he still an active member? Link to his post : Global drone x183

Setting expectations flying an inexpensive quad.

Jim "JR" Since you mentioned Hudsan x4 H107C, I strongly urge you to look up Helifar H803. It is a micro drone. Best for indoors. It is very very inexpensive, about $40 Canadian ( yes, I'm in Canada). It is FUN to fly indoor. None of the hassles H107C gives you. It has altitude hold and you can...

Global X188 - user manual? App?

RE: shold be equipped with GPS Yes. Your drone is equiped with GPS. RE: I do not have any manual Check your package/box again. Sometimes items were taped at the bottom/underside of the inside plastic or foam box. If not, you will have to contact the seller for it. RE: What App? In the manual...

Setting expectations flying an inexpensive quad.

I am a newbie myself. Started this hobby less than 2 months ago. My suggestion to you : 1.Buy the drones that have Altitude Hold mode, at least. Your Hudsan x4 107c ,which I also own one, does not have altitude hold. It can and will wander all over the place. Don't play tiny drone like that...

Possible to switch to transmitter with 5.8ghz monitor ?

I think I have finally "googled" out the answer. The 5.8ghz transmission has to be built-in.

Possible to switch to transmitter with 5.8ghz monitor ?

There are fpv drones offering 2 versions. One version comes with regular 2.4hgz wifi (let's leave the 5G wifi for now.) One has to attach a smartphone to the transmitter for screen watching or flying. Another version comes with 5.8 ghz monitor. Just attach the monitor to the transmitter. No...

Any electric scooter enthusiast here ?

Ah, but you are talking about electric skateboard. I am not that brave. Scooter. 2 wheels electric scooter with handle bar to steer and hand brakes to stop, is what I use. I also use an Emmo Urban S ebike.

Any electric scooter enthusiast here ?

Weather is getting better and better. Almost time to dust off my electric scooters. Wonder if there is any one with a similar interest in this forum.

    2-blade vs 3-blade

I apologize. I did not know how I ended up double posting the same question. Would the Mod kindly delete one of them ? Thank you.

    2-blade vs 3-blade propellers

While surfing through section for propeller spare parts, I notice that Amazon offers both 2-blade and 3-blade propellers for the same quad as replacement parts. What are the differences? Is the 3-blade version more efficient in flight performance? Does the 3-blade version require more energy to...

    2-blade vs 3-blade

I just notice from Amazon site that offers both 2-bladse propellers and 3-blade propellers for the same quad as "spare parts". Which is more efficient for flying ? 2-blade or 3-blade ? Does 3-blade propellers require more energy to rotate and therefore use up the battery quicker ?

    RE : Optical Flow positioning

If you or fellow American members are interested on Optical Flow drones, have a look at this SG106. It boasts a 22 minutes flight time ( so, we can expect 12-15 minutes ?) With 2 proprietary batteries included, it seems like an interesting deal. The price is right. The link posted is from...

    RE : Optical Flow positioning

That's one major down side...………. Flight time : about 6 minutes. Worse. Proprietary battery. To buy a 2nd battery : C$29.99 each, and delivery date is between April 23rd to May 14th. Must be from China. I can't win. They got me one way or the other. P.S. I paid C$73.69 minus C$6.00 promo...

    RE : Optical Flow positioning

After much searching for drones I can play outside under reasonable wind condition while maintaining altitude, I have decided to either buy a GPS drone or an Optical Flow drone. Against my otherwise better judgement, I let the temptation get the better of me. I bought both : SJRC Z5, a gps...

Here is what I've decided ......

Just took my new SJRC Z5 out for maiden flight. The wind is at 16 mph. No problem maintaining altitude with this one. Took the drone back inside because the wind appears to be getting stronger. This drone cost me quite a bit. Don't want to bust it the very first day. DIY route is still in my mind.

Here is what I've decided ......

Thank you, SLFLY. I am in Canada. Everything is more expensive, not to mention 13% sales tax. The prices you quoted is not even near to what I get from Banggood Canada. Example. Eachine EX2H is C$136.29 , plus C$24.36 shipping. I don't think your discount code will drop the price down that...
