When the battery is charging, I have the green light flashing. Question : What does green light flashing mean? Fully charged? Do I wait till the green light turns solid (without flashing) ? The user manual does not mention anything on this topic.

Yes. There is a micro usb port right below the green QC sticker ( 2nd picture). That must be for a camera plug in. Now, it is a matter of finding a correct camera.
