    Just amazing

how far I have come in the last month. I came across a post of mine where I asked to clarify information on buying a quad and making sure it can bind to your tx. Then also how not far it really is from when I started.

    New Guy from Alabama

Welcome! Suggestion: pick up a simulator such as Liftoff or Freerider FPV. All the practice you want, when you want, and no costly crashes. Edit: That is, of course, after picking up a compatible transmitter. (just now saw the model you have and the controller.)

    Different props question

I can get the standard for $.90 for a set of 6. I've been tossing around either that airframe or this one.

    Different props question

Hmm, interesting. So there would be a need for two different sets of props in bulk.

    What kind of plug and

I was more curious than anything. I'm going to be working on a brushed build here soon and will be using a AIOF3PRO brushed FC and viking the motors off that one.

    Different props question

I noticed this when I began looking into the QX95S. Why the two different props?

Eachine Tiny QX95 95mm Micro FPV

I just sold the F450 frame and have been looking into things in want and need and for under $40 I went from an unflyable quad to what will be a flight-capable mini quad with the motors from my CX-30 that will bind to my Qx7 and a ton of extra props. Below are the main parts I am going to be...

    What kind of plug and

Would this allow access to the fc settings?

    Headless Mode (decapitated flying)

My first quad, a Sharper Image stunt drone, had headless mode. I didn't mind it because I didn't have to be concerned if the trim was off and it turned on its own or if it bumped something and spun. It would be nice to have that setting optional with my CX-30 when it gets far enough out I have...

Let's Try Food & Drink now!

What do you all like to eat and drink when you go to a Restaurant? India: Buffet but I particularly like the creamed spinach and tofu they make Asian: Chicken Black Bean, Chicken or shrimp with garlic sauce, any shrimp based if a buffet. American: Omelets: Western or Cincy Cheese Steak (if...

DJI: Here is our solution to all customer service problem

That is possible, I had been out of the industry for a while and when I got back into being a phone jockey it was as an upgrade rep for DirectTV (advice, NEVER say yes, ok, or any affirmation statement if they call you), then insurance sales, so I missed that reprogramming.

DJI: Here is our solution to all customer service problem

As one of those CS reps, I have never picked that habit up. I only do something akin to that if I am uncertain. I agree it can be very annoying.

DJI: Here is our solution to all customer service problem

I think what @ArmyVet said about the language barrier is a big part. When I worked for Earthlink years ago we had to deal with the 1st tier support using a decision tree that was keyword based. If they heard you say any of those words, they followed what the tree told them and quite often it...

    Getting better by not recording.

I would imagine that it would as your focus, as you said, is not on the actual flight. This is why I am not that concerned about recording my flights (wifi camera sucks for it anyway) as I am doing this for my own enjoyment.

    And Life Hits the Brakes

I agree and made the incorrect statement, we do owe the tax man but I was behind on my car loan and didn't realize it. That email was a "call me asap." Combine those two and I'm grounded for a bit.

    And Life Hits the Brakes

Well, it's certainly a lesson learned for the future. On a positive note, I got out to the park and fought the wind with my wee Cx-30 for a bit for some LOS flying and was amazed how muscle memory from the sims kicked in and I was able to get some turns in.Still need some serious work on height...

    And Life Hits the Brakes

We made the mistake of listening to a guy in the fern that handled my wifes 403 account and didn't set enough back for taxes from a 403 cashout. Put us over 1K in the hole.
