I failed to get the base (stand) printed. So, I used another "round base" gcode file from another model > printed it > drilled a hole at the middle > hot glued the rod into the hole > voila, a Superman stand.

For a newbie like me, other than the fact that Ender 3 has a much larger build plate, I prefer Monoprice Select Mini over Ender 3. Very tempted to buy another MP Select Mini.
