IOS Update - Will It Mess Up My DJI Go App?

I use an iPad Mini with my remote controller. Now, Apple wants me to update the IOS on the iPad Mini. I also use the DJI Go app, of course. If I update the IOS on the iPad Mini, will the DJI Go app still operate properly?

Guys What do you think makes a great Drone Pilot?

Someone who has good depth perception or, more commonly, is aware that they do not have it. When your quad is out there a distance and there are trees about, it's very easy to misjudge how far your quad is from danger and BOOM. The solution to that is to develop good depth perception.

Correctamundo! And they played 4 years in the Coliseum until Dodger Stadium was completed. (I did Google that one.) And I don't think I have to tell you how much tickets were back then.

    Drone Worship

Do you know when they came to L.A.? No Googling! Hint: When they came to L.A., Chavez Ravine (Dodger Stadium) was still under construction. They played in the Los Angeles Coliseum for a time until construction was finished. My Dad took me to several games in the Coliseum. I saw Koufax pitch...

Thanks for clearing all of this up for me, which you have done.

    Batteries and their storage

I'm sorry, but I don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about here. Let me ask it this way - will my DJI Go App allow me to check the voltage level of the cells inside of my Phantom 4 lipo battery?

    Batteries and their storage

I am not a technician nor am I an engineer. I don't build 'em, I just buy 'em and fly 'em. Right now I have a Phantom 4. Are you saying I have to take it apart and install one of these flight control boards, simply to determine the voltage level of the cells in my lipo battery?

    Batteries and their storage

And I can use one of these (in the link) to check the voltage level of all of the cells in my Phantom 4 batteries? These are dedicated, self-contained batteries where the three cells are encased in what appears to me to be a permanent (i.e., don't try and open it) plastic case. I thought we...

How do I determine what per-cell level my lipo is at?

    Batteries and their storage

That's one, scary video. When those baby's go, they really go, don't they? I have heard of an airplane (a large, cargo jet) that crashed while transporting a load of lipo batteries in a lower, storage area of the plane. One of them went off, setting off others and the plane ended up going down.

    Batteries and their storage

I have one of those multiple chargers that allows you to charge three (Phantom 4) batteries at a time. Let's say I use all of them up on a weekend and will not be flying until the following weekend. On Sunday night, I put all three of them in the charger and charge them to 65%. The charger...

Illegal to Fly Over My Neighbor's Back Yard?

Nor is it a defense for trespassing or harassment in the state of California. The civil statute mentioned in the OP covers invasion of privacy, trespassing, harassment, etc. by a quad pilot, flying his quad over someone else's property. It creates a civil cause of action for such activity...

    WiFi Speed Over 9000

I am not totally sure what you are talking about here, but I have the general scenario. We have a two story house. The router is upstairs. If I am in the (computer) room where the router is, signal strength is just fine. However, just down the hall in the master bedroom, not so much. So I...
