WellI think you just found your problem. If the flight control board is oriented different than the preview shows she won't fly lol.

Could be any number of issues. First thing I would check is motor tabs in betaflight, take props off and make sure the motors function properly using the sliders.

In the settings on your tx there will be a place to change it. The cool thing is if you change models it'll default back to afhds 2a mode so it "remembers" which recievers use the old protocol.

Oh that's right flysky can work with 2 different protocols if it's an old reciever you might need afdhs mode.
