The beauty of Headless Mode is not having to YAW the quad to face you for returning to you. You could fix your camera on a scene and do a reverse pan while returning to you. Otherwise, the camera (if fixed in the quad fuselage) only points one way. You need a camera on a Gymbol mount to turn it...

As I understand it, headless mode is where the quadcopter will travel in the direction indicated by the joy stick points, even if the quad is turned around, push the stick away from you, the quad moves away from you, pull the stick toward you, the quad flies toward you. Yaw works the same way...

I own a Helicopter, Fixed Wing Plane and four Quadcopters. No idea what CP means, but then again, I don't speak whatever that is.

A bit off point here. I was expecting more about the new, unique quad-helicopter concept. But then it jumped into something foreign to the original point. Just sounds like a sales pitch for KiwiCo.

I don't build quads. My attempt at building usually results in something like a Kamikaze Suicide plane.
