I think the problem is my computer. I am using the "Beelink mini pc" which does not have audio built-in. I don't use desktop, laptop or tablet anymore. I eventually fished out the old dusty Win 7 laptop and did a Clean Install of Linux Mint 20 on it. Everything went smoothly, including sound.

Created a Live LinuxMint USB and running it on my Windows 10 computer. I am posting this from Linux using FireFox which is the default browser. So far, I have one problem........ No sound. The Sound icon at system tray says 100%, but no sound when I tried to play music from You-Tube. ?????

What do you think? The computer is inside the keyboard. How about that? Why can't Microsoft/Windows OS do that? It's very inexpensive too.

Just a speculation...... possibly a bad battery ? Does it look "swollen"/"bloated" ? If yes, battery is no good anymore. You only have one battery for that? Buy a few, those batteries are very inexpensive.
