Although I have not had the chance to try it because I don't have 5g wifi drone, I don't see any reason why not. I used my Galaxy Tab A to download all the apps needed for all my 2.4g wifi drones.

Your F11 is a 5g Wifi drone which requires a phone or tablet equiped with 802.11 ac wifi in order to connect to the F11 camera. If you are NOT in Canada, Galaxy Tab A has 802.11 ac wifi. ( I have one in Canada. It does not have 5g wifi installed). LG Gpad also has 802.11 ac.
