If that prop adapter raises the height on all your motors then it may be the wrong size. Try drilling it out a tad.

With my Bugs 2 the recording needs to be stopped by pressing the button marked with a camera icon (which also starts the recording) , before turning off the quad/TX.

That's not true. The iA6B is one one of the earliest FS RXs, it does not need any 10ch FW update (which came later) for i-Bus. It was basically FS's PWM/PPM/i-Bus RX, their step up from the iA6.
