What to look for when buying antennas RHCP vs LHCP pagoda and panel

Need some clarification as to the difference between RHCP and LHCP

Currently, on my VTX I have an RHCP pagoda antenna.

On my goggles (eachine ev800D) I have the default antennas - attached is an image:
A) On the left of the goggles, there is a "sting pad" which is like a panel antenna
B) On the right, there is a general pagoda type antenna

I am wanting to upgrade the antenna on the goggles but not sure exactly what will work or what RHCP and LHCP is

Since the VTX has a RHCP pagoda antenna, does this mean I need to buy a matching RHCP pagoda antenna, which will sit on the Right Hand side of the googles?
Does this also mean that I need to buy a LHCP panel antenna to replace the Sting Pad, as it sits on the left-hand side of the googles?

I believe my understanding of RHCP and LHCP is way off, so please any clarification and indication of what to buy will be appreciated

Deep subject. Bottom line between RHCP and LHCP is it allows more people to get in the sky with less interference, there is no performance difference between the 2. If you really want to research the topic, do a youtube search for IBCrazy, he invented circular polarity. Any reson you want to upgrade? From what I've read, these goggles perform vey well for a 5.8 system.

Just range in particular, not that great with what I currently have. On diversity at 200mw it was only 100m before it started to get fuzzy. I've heard the farvew or realacc triple feed patch antenna are great for longer ranges. I would also like a matching antenna on the googles as with what is on the drone for consistency

Soz RENOV8R but these a crap. My first goggles & range is about 100yds with foxeer, aomway. ImmersionRC patch.
Then put same on an immersionRC duo I get 3-4 times range.then about another 200yds with the patch & upto about 800 with a a helical. These would be ok for around the house but that's about it.
