just had a big crash where it dropped from the sky, suspected motor falure & a couple of the carbon fibre arm ends are damaged so I need to get new ones but I dont know what model it is, can anyone help? if not does anyone know of compatible ends for replacements? down time now no flying till its fixed.

the model you have is an x650f frame from hobby king. go to hobbyking.com and look up x650f frame kit and you'll find your parts there.

Thank you Berto, new motor mounts ordered, one motor was damaged but I am reluctant to buy the same as the reviews weren't that good, any recommendations? Currently they are 900kv with 10x4.5 props & 4s 3000 battery, I have read up on bits but can't get my head round it all. Would anyone recommend sunny sky's? & is 900 kv ok?

Sunny skys are good motors. I have RCX 700kv motors on mines spinning 12x4.5 props on 4s 5000mah battery

I'd also flip those motor mounts over, rotate them 180° so the motors sit on top of the boom. David Windestål of RCExplorer/FliteTest finds that position better with less turbulence in the propwash.

Hi, my first flight since rebuilding and I am a little disappointed, I have changed from 900 motors to 650's and from 10x4.5 props to 11x5, but it seems to be harder to keep altitude ie I constantly seem to have to adjust it after a manouvre.could these be under powered or do I need to change something in Naza? the overall weight with camera and battery is 1.714k by the way.
